Upon lender receiving the Conduct of Sale, Claire Group will provide the lender with a Comparable Market Analysis for the subject property, along with our opinion of value and a recommended listing price

We know each case is unique so we sit down with you to learn your needs, timelines, and create a plan for success

KICK-OFF
2. LISTING

Upon receipt of an executed listing agreement (Exclusive or MLS), we will handle all the necessary paperwork to get the property listed and initiate the marketing process

3. MKTG.

Claire Group will implement a strategic marketing plan specifically targeted to the asset class ofthe property

4. REPORTING

We report back to the lender as per an agreed upon schedule to review progress. We will review our marketing efforts, make recommendations on price adjustments, summarize offers to date, and our thoughts on the probability of multiple offers being presented in court.

5. COURT

We have fine-tuned our marketing reports over the years to provide you and the court with all required documentation. They are presented in an easy-to-review format to maximize the potential of the Courts approving the sale of the presented offer.

His market knowledge is extensive, having worked with both large and small-scale projects in land, development, office, retail, hotels, and properties under foreclosure.

He has worked with numerous nationwide financial institutions during the insolvency proceedings, including national banks and credit unions as well as private lenders, and law firms.

Believing firmly in the importance of continuously developing oneself, Manjit earned his CCIM designation in20l0, a program that has been equated to a PhD in commercial real estate investment analysis. Likewise, Manjit’s success continues to grow in a wide array of professional spheres.

In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Manjit devotes much of his time to charitable organizations. In the past he was on the Board of Directors of the BC Cancer Foundation and president of the Rotary Club of Vancouver Fraserview, where he was named a Paul Harris Fellow.
